BOLETUS EDULIS LC CARPACCIO

INGREDIENTS

For 1 people:
1 Boletus Edulis LC
1 carrot
4 nuts
Dry oregano
Salt flakes
Ground black pepper
Balsamic vinegar SAN CARLOS GOURMET or FULL MOON

ELABORATION

We open Boletus Edulis LC jar, strain and we keep the oil for later. After we cut the Boletus in very thin laminates and place them on the covering all the empty surface.

After cleaning and peeling the carrot we piece the carrot into small dices and place them on the top of the Boletus, after we add 4 cut up and peeled nuts.

Then we sprinkle some dry oregano, salt and black ground pepper. To finish we dressed the Boletus with the oil we kept and we add some balsamic vinegar drops.
