Description

Are generally eaten while still young and tender, enabling harvesting to begin as early as the middle of spring for plants started under glass or overwintered in a protected location, but even the main crop sown in early spring will be ready from mid to late summer. They’re a great source of protein and carbohydrates, as well as vitamins A, B1 and B2.

Collected by hand at the exact moment of tenderness and size. Chosen one-by-one the most tender and refined beans and preserved in smooth olive oil so as not to drown their flavor.
