Cancellation, replacement and refund policy

User can modify or cancel their Order anytime before receiving the SMS from Fetchr through the website contact form, email or telephone. After receiving the SMS and confirmed the time slot and delivery place User can cancel or reschedule the Order directly through the Fetchr App or phone.

If paid through credit/debit card Company shall refund the amount paid by the User directly to the account from which the payment was made with-in 14 working days of cancelling the Order.

After receiving the SMS and confirmed the time slot and delivery place User can make any additional changes but it will be treated separately as a new Order.

The User shall have the option of Replacement contacting any representative of the company through website contact form, email or telephone. Company shall endeavor to arrange the replacement Product of the same description with-in 3 working days from the date of placing of such Replacement Order. The packaging of the product must remain intact and returned only to the appointed Company representative. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its packaging and receipt or any other things which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned

In case of replacement of Product in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to replace, User can also opt for refund of the amount or by choosing any other product with same or less value.

In case the User wishes to Return any Product, it can be done within 24 hours from reception, through the website contact form, email or telephone.

In case of any return requests arising after 24 hours of delivery of the Product, such requests will be serviced as per the discretion of the Company or according to the warranty terms of the Product.

The packaging of the product must remain intact and returned only to the appointed Company representative. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its packaging and receipt or any other things which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned

If paid through credit/debit card Company shall refund the amount paid by the User directly to the account from which the payment was made with-in 14 working days of placing the Refund Order.

In cases of Cash on Delivery, User will be refunded by means of Cash at the time of pickup arranged for the Product.

Please keep your purchase receipt, you may need to show it for verification, exchange or refund purposes.

If Company suspects any fraudulent transaction by any User or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, Company at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. However, the User will be notified in any such case.
